2020 Award Accomplishments for Buckingham Companies

Buckingham Companies is awarded the National SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Company Award for Insite Surveys and is named a Top 15 Management Company for 2020 with the epIQ Index list from SatisFacts. Buckingham received an A rating with an epIQ value of 88.42. Because of our team’s dedication to customer satisfaction, we rose from the 40^th position in July 2020 to the 14^th position in January 2021.

Congratulations to Bradford Place Apartments in Lafayette, IN for being named a Top 220 Community Nationwide for the epIQ Index. They rose from 435 in July to 220 in January 2021 and received an A rating with a score of 93.71.

The “experience and performance intelligence quotient (epIQ) index” is released twice a year in January and July and reflect the last rolling 365 days. This is a single performance metric powered by ApartmentRatings and SatisFacts data. The epIQ Index is presented as a letter grade and comprised of four primary variables, including renter ratings, review count, manager review engagement and manager review reply time.

This ranking features properties with the most outstanding online reputation based on their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) scores. The Approach at Summit Park had an ORA score of 91, and Heritage Trail Apartments and The Cole received an ORA score of 90. The ORA score is the multifamily industry’s standard to measure and benchmark a property’s online reputation. The national average ORA is 65.73. To qualify for this list, a property has to register a minimum ORA score of 90 and have at least 20 online reviews to be included.
