Tom Clark has been at Buckingham for 13 years. Tom is responsible for the field operations of construction, overseeing all project management teams. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has been involved in over $600 million dollars’ worth of projects. Tom has experience in many types of construction including multi family, commercial, medical facilities, retail, and industrial.
